Our Policy

At D&B Organic Teas, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. Due to the consumable nature of loose-leaf tea, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns. However, we are happy to assist if there is an issue with your order.


Eligible Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • Your order arrived damaged

  • You received an incorrect item

If your order meets one of these conditions, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery.


How to Request Support

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.


Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Opened or used tea products

  • Orders where no damage or error occurred

  • Orders returned without prior approval


In-Person Purchases

All in-person purchases are final. Refunds or replacements for in-person sales are handled at our discretion and only for damaged or incorrect items.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return or replacement is due to our error.


Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within a few business days after approval. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
